Create Group: After adding a group for the first time, there is a success message but the welcome page needs to be refreshed to see group added.

When I first add a group, there is a success message but the page remains on the initial welcome page. Refresh shows the created group. Adding a second group shows group list and success message as expected.

Took a quick look at the update attribute on the save button for the Create Group popup on explictGroup-new-dialog.xhtml. I was able to easily fix the Mange Groups page's automatic refresh to show the newly created group. I am leaving this ticket open though, because there is an additional bug with the validation error messages not displaying in the popup, but instead display on the page behind it.
