When trying to track down an issue, I needed to quickly determine which metadata blocks were in use by a dv that was inheriting from their parent.

It would be useful to also display the parent (inherited) version for this reason.

Upon creating a new dataverse, parent metadata blocks are displayed when inherit from parent is selected, and available for selection if "Use Metadata Elements from Host Dataverse" is unchecked.

Facets don't show at the time of creation of a new dataverse but on editing dateverse.

Removed "Setup" from the Edit Dataverse dropdown menu and moved the Select Facet form to the General Information form.

There is a bug with the checkbox for using facets from the host dataverse, that refreshes the entire form, when creating a new dataverse. The selected facets also get lost on saving when creating. Passing to Gustavo to investigate.
