User name should have (#) next to it to show the number of unread notifications, i.e.- Elizabeth Quigley (5)

Needs to include links to account page, notifications*, preferences, history, groups & roles, and a log out link.

Move towards what the Edit Dataverse button dropdown looks like, with top part (currently has Dataverse icon, name, affiliation, etc) showing most recent unread notifications and links below that.

*For week of April 7: dropdown should say Data Related to Me and Notifications. So remove Account Page link due to updating the Account Information portion of the user account page. Log out button look the same as the links rather than a button *

Cleaned up the user name, account dropdown in the navbar by applying Bootstrap label styles to the notification count, and making "Log Out" a link.
