API test suite failing after merging pull request #4651

After pull request #4651 was merged, the second stage of the API test suite (deployment) started failing: https://build.hmdc.harvard.edu:8443/job/phoenix.dataverse.org-deploy-develop/205/console

"FK2" is appearing twice when a file fails up upload via SWORD and I'm not sure why:

Could not find dataset using globalId doi:10.5072/FK2/FK2/ZEIOOK

I think the extra "FK2/" is coming from here:

I just created and merged pull request #4728 which allowed the second stage to run. I'm waiting to see if the third stage passes or not.

data.total_count from SearchIT.testIdentifier has been something I've seen intermittently over the past ~2 weeks - that failure may not be fully deterministic.
