Updated the following tsv metadata blocks for Beta, which will need schema.xml to be run and then QA on the following changes:

• General
  ** changed general.tsv to citation.csv and updated (also updated reference to tsv in dataverse/scripts/api/datasetfields.sh)
  ** changed description field to dsDescription for disambiguation between descriptions in dataverses, datasets and files.
• Astrophysics
  ** Added new "Object" field per Gus' feedback. This should be pulled from FITS header.
  ** Fixed trailing whitespace in coverage.Spectral.Minimum.Wavelength

I just published a new schema.xml at https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/blob/master/conf/solr/4.6.0/schema.xml

Please pull it down before testing.

In order to get this commit in sooner rather than later I did not remove the "description" Solr field but I'm pretty sure it's on the chopping block. We'll decide in #3745. I mention it now because I had to edit the code to make sure highlighting on descriptions still works.

    - noted that we may remove the Solr field "description" in the future
