As a dataverse installer, I'd like glassfish to be accessable only through apache

The http listener that the dataverse installer sets up on port 8080 is accessible from other hosts (in the absence of a host firewall) due to listening on 0.0.0.0. In a load-balanced environment this is desirable; for simpler installations where apache and glassfish are both installed on the same server this is less desirable.
