Moved from #3887:

The dataset description snippets that are displayed to highlight matching search terms need better render logic to display the "..." at the beginning and end. (Currently they're displaying before and after all snippets.)

@mheppler looked at google and found the way we are displaying ... is the same. Moving to post 4.0 for us to decide then if anything needs to be done but is fine for 4.0.
