I copied and pasted an author name into the author field, not realizing there was a space after it, and the white space didn't get trimmed. Made that author name (he authored two datasets) appear twice in the Author facet.

this is dup of Bug #3625 (In Dev): Trimming white spaces issue - dataverse alias
and dup of Bug #3947 (Rejected): empty space at the end and/or begining of dateverse alias not trimmed upon save

From the code, it's different, since alias is a specific field for dataverse and this deals with the generic dataset fields.
