Restrict/Edit Files btn/Dataset pg - "Please select..." popup missing

The warning Select File(s) popup on the Edit Files pg is missing/broken.

• Without selecting any files on Edit Files pg, click Edit btn in table header
• Select either Restrict or Unrestrict option
• Nothing happens

The Select File(s) popup displays properly on the Edit Files pg. On the Dataset pg, following the same workflow outlined above, the popup also displays properly (see screenshot).
