Mike, this is the ticket for the file display functionality we were talking about earlier - I'm giving it to you for prettification.
Functionally, everything we need for 4.0alpha1 is there: filenames, file descriptions, image thumbnails, download links and data exploration app links.
As you said, compared to the dataset-level metadata on that page, prettification of this stuff should be lower priority. As it is, it's spartan, but fairly clear.

Cleaned up the layout of the files tab for both edit and info modes. Some more can be done, but this should be good to close this ticket and move forward with for this week.
