Datasets deposited to root do not have breadcrumb navigation #7257
Description
Datasets published to root in version 5 do not have a breadcrumb. This makes it harder for users to browse.
We should display the root breadcrumb, so that users always see navigation in the breadcrumb, even though the root breadcrumb may be redundant for some installations (logo links to root, link to root in the theme header). For Harvard Dataverse, the logo links to the home page and not root, so having the breadcrumb is essential.
