Update Reference Data script to include metadata fields specific to Social Science.

Label the metadata block "Social Science and Humanities"

This is all set for now - there may still be changes coming, but we will open individual tickets for that. Feel free to test and see if it all makes sense.

(this is now driven from a tsv file - downloaded from a google Doc = so should be straightforward to modify, as needed).
