Documentation: Add section to Admin Guide on how to retrieve information about linked Dataverse collections

As a Dataverse installation admin, I'd like to know how to retrieve information about whether a certain Dataverse collection is linked to another collection. This section could be placed just after the Unlink a Dataverse Collection section in the Dataverse Admin Guide.
