Add Computational Workflow metadata to Dataverse and related documentation on how to use it.

Computational Workflow: A workflow that covers computational / data-driven workflows. They are designed to compose and execute a series of computational or data manipulation steps in a scientific application.

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
Curator, Depositor

What inspired the request?
As part of the Harvard Data Commons project there is a requirement to tag datasets as computations workflows:
As a researcher uploading a Computational Workflow, I want to define metadata for my Computational Workflow package as a whole and the individual files (code, data, doc) in the package.

What existing behavior do you want changed?
N/A

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?
N/A
