As a developer, I'd like Keycloak or similar so I can test OIDC login #9228
Description
As discussed just now with @poikilotherm @GPortas @johannes-darms and @ekraffmiller developers currently don't have a way to test the login with OIDC feature of Dataverse.
Definition of done (assuming Keycloak):
- Add KeyCloak config and document setup at (future version of) https://guides.dataverse.org/en/5.12.1/developers/remote-users.html
- (Optional) add some automation of the setup with Docker or similar.
