I made a few more more tweaks this is looking good. Approved.
@ofahimIQSS what do you think? Do you want to simply merge this a doc improvement? Alternatively, you could try it out by adding the settings, stopping the database, starting the database, and seeing if Dataverse recovers or not (it should!).

What this PR does / why we need it:
Creates a new section in documentation documentation for Database Configuration Tips. It also adds a scenario of advanced database connection configuration for the connection automatic recovery in case this connection is broken.
