changing outdated reference from readme.txt to readme.md in testing guide and fixing an unclosed quote issue in native API guide.

What this PR does / why we need it: The testing guide (https://guides.dataverse.org/en/5.3/developers/testing.html) twice referred to a readme.txt file, which is no longer exist, there is a readme.md instead. During the fix Sphinx reported an unclosed quotation in the native API guide, so I fixed that as well.

Which issue(s) this PR closes: #7672

Closes #7672

Suggestions on how to test this: run Sphinx to generate the documentation, and search for docker-aio/readme.md and docker-aio/readme.txt. You should not get a result for the .txt version, only for the .md.
