What this PR does / why we need it: It set the execute permission on conf/solr/8.8.1/updateSchemaMDB.sh. Without this bit the installation of custom metadata blocks fails. The bit was lost after the upgrade of Solr.

Install Dataverse with https://github.com/GlobalDataverseCommunityConsortium/dataverse-ansible and provide a custom metadata block to install. Without the execute bit the install fails.
