Addressing policy #1273
Description
Design and implement a more automated addressing policy, so that addresses don't need to be manually specified at DIF configuration files of each IPCP in the DIF. Examples of policies that will be considered include:

A "DHCP-like policy" could be implemented, in which the DIF is divided in sub-DIFs and there is a single IPCP in charge of managing all address assignments in that sub-DIF.

Address assignment could be done via the NMS-DAF.

Address assignment could be done in a distributed way by each IPCP.
