Add min_literal_cycles to all the Contexts

ObfCycles should include things such as cycles, AND min_literal_cycles. To be extended later.

Probably it is better to keep OBFCYCLES as non-class parameter; in particular, min_literal_cycles seem to belong to Context, rather than to OBFCYCLES.
