Update references for regression tests

Currently, we're running the regression tests against references that have been computed with

However, https://github.com/IUPAC-InChI/InChI_1_06 will be deprecated soon, because we moved the 1.06 release (along with all other legacy releases) to the present repository. See https://github.com/IUPAC-InChI/InChI/releases/tag/v1.06. That is, we need to compute the references based on https://github.com/IUPAC-InChI/InChI/tree/v1.06.
