Update CITATION.cff to include Net, Iuliia, and Graham, will be v2.0.0 1.0.0 on release (relates to point below on recommendation in README).
The Imageomics Guide will update to v2.0.0 and will have the Imageomics Team in the main citation with the full team (collab science guide) as the reference. Then ABC will be similar with ABC Team in main citation and full team as reference. (as noted below)
README: keep existing info with name update and add the following
Combined grant acknowledgement
Indicate which files should be updated/personalized (include comments in those files where appropriate, e.g., mkdocs.yaml title, logo, etc.).
Suggestion/explanation of the two ways of interacting with the Collaborative distributed science guide repo to others: template is for building one's own, while a fork is for contributing back to the upstream when one doesn't have write access.
Add any other information about suggested citation or acknowledgement---does this go into website somehow? The Imageomics and ABC guides will be a model, but good to be explicit in the README about what to do with this.
Based on the two methods suggestion, I think we can do (for ABC as model) citation on the repo that we generate from the template as those of us in ABC with the Collaborative distributed science guide repo as a reference in the CITATION.cff.
