separator issue for multiple uORFs in vcf output format

Hi, UTRannotator,

I noticed that when the output format is set to 'vcf' and there are multiple perturbed uORFs, all annotation fields are separated by '&', which cannot be split into each uORF.
In 'tab' output format, multiple perturbed uORFs are separated by '&', and each field is separated by ',', which is expected.
In addition, when multiple perturbed uORFs are yielded, are they ordered by some rule?
