This allows you to create your own Tessellate tiles.
Drag the points around.

- Add deleting points (right click)
- Write segment class
- Add Zooming (scroll wheel)
- Fix rendering math (number of times to reapeat)
- Force corners connect
- Fix adding point algorithem

- Allow there to be more than two base segmants
Bugs:
- Corners are not forced to line up
- Can't delete points
