[algorithm] Tetrahedron proximity detection continues after needle exits from the other side #63
Description
When the needle exits, proximity detection continues (it should not). If the tip is still within the distance defined in the DistanceFilter component, tetrahedron proximities are still being added to the insertionOutput although the tip is outside the volume. The video demonstrates the problem.
