Dashboard Design Work

What would you like to be added:

Have a prototype for the dashboard, it could be with figma or other tools. It would be easier for the frontend engineer to help implement the page, also better UX for users.

Why is this needed:

Completion requirements:

This feature requires the following artifacts:

• Design doc
• API change
• Docs update

The artifacts should be linked in subsequent comments.
