Simulate filesystem

This simulation will need to work in coordination with processes that redirects outputs, the OS abstraction to watch for changes. It will probably also need to work with innmind/io.

This will most likely require to build a new package innmind/virtual-disk to simulate a real disk. This way innmind/io will be able to rely on it to build a simulation. This could also help deduplicate code of in memory strategy of innmind/filesystem.

The remaining question will be to know how to inject faults in this disk from this package. The answer may reveal itself while building the package.
