World Generation

Things that should generate in the world:

• Ores
• Rubber Trees
  Probably just Birch Trees but with Rubber Logs and Leaves. Logs will have a natural=true|false state that is true when not placed by a player. Must be true to have Rubber Resin come out of an attached Tree Tap instead of water.
• Raw Oil
  Will be stored in the chunk(s) as a value and can be pumped up with specialised machinery. The pool can be divided up into multiple chunks and flows from high to low value.
