Hi @selfdriven-foundation, thanks for this issue; you are not the first (so thank you for opening an issue!).

This error is because the tx-bundle uses an older cardano-api which cannot talk to newer nodes (there are some breaking changes between versions).

Note that the code that generates the CC scripts is audited, and we would like to keep the property that the scripts it produced now and in the past still can be verified with the current version (it's all deterministic). By updating the deps, we break this property, unfortunately.

Now I do agree that this is not ideal, as the tx-bundle tool is important for the workflow (as you do not need to establish who is available to sign). Ultimately, what we should do is migrate the code of the tx-bundle tool outside this repo and maintain it there.

For now, please see this fork of the whole repo that disabled the build of the other tools and updated the deps for the tx-bundle tool. If newer nodes break this code, feel free to make a PR against that fork 😄

OK. I was running on Cardano-node 10.5.1, though it was close enough as didn't expect breaking change on 10.x.

Thanks! I'll get a 10.2.1 node up and running. // Thanks for the offer on the other items. We were on the ICC, and all other orchestrator-cli functions have been working well over the last year. It was just this hot-nft voter key rotation. We have been doing multi-votes also -- although not 41! ;-) Cheers.
