Better Dashboard and information on GovTool

Why

To make GovTool a usable product, we need to give people their history, and also we need to make clearer what functions, information, etc are important to each role.

What

This is about evolving the dashboard design to accomodate more info at the fingertips when it's needed. Also about adding in history information for DReps, transactions, GAs, etc.

How

First step is design.

What we need to do is in the next stage provide a better and more complete experience and access to data for each user, and indeed any general user.

That will have several components:

• general information that everyone might need
  • Who voted on something
    • What was their vote (yes, no, etc)
  • History of DRep voting for every dRep
  • User’s (wallet) transaction history (all transactions for any user, regardless of role
• role-specific information
  • If I’m a DRep or Direct Voter, my voting history
  • If I’m a DRep, my delegation history (who’s delegated to me, how much, etc)
• GA- specific information
• Who voted and what did they vote (yes, no) on any GA
• GA Status and history
  • What happened to/is the status of - each GA - was it passed, failed, expired, etc?
    • This needs to be displayed in a table somewhere, and also on each GA

That’s all I can think of for now. We’ve got a few designs for some of this, but we need to look at making a structure for it all to fit into as well. @GypsyBinar @kgrzonka

Another thing: A place is needed to store and track a user's own submitted GAs. I nice-to-have would be to be able to 'star' or favourite the GAs that you want to track.
