Actual behavior

It appears that PDF is asking me to submit the proposal on chain

Expected behavior

PDF asks a well-written and properly-contexted question so I know it's a poll and not a request to submit to the chain.

@m-i-k-e @l-br1 I would suggest this copy "Vote for the readiness of this proposal to be submitted on chain. Have in mind that you can change your vote as much as you like until the poll is closed by the author of the proposal."
