Steps to reproduce

1. from dashboard, click "register" in the DRep card
2. on next screen, click "cancel"
3. View modal:

Actual behavior

There is no clear way to continue the registration

Expected behavior

The design should support better UX, and we need something like a 'continue registration' option and slightly better wording on both CTAs
