On wallet connected state, the sidebar and footer do not function as expected. The sidebar and footer become slideable and are not fixed in position even though there is sufficient space between footer and dashboard cards. It might be due to the network name and bootstrap warning banner. This causes improper display and alignment issues on the dashboard.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to the wallet
2. Observe the dashboard: The sidebar and footer are slideable, and the footer is half hidden.

Actual behavior

The sidebar and footer are not fixed in position even though there is sufficient space between footer and dashboard cards instead they are slideable. This results in improper display and alignment.

Expected behavior

• The sidebar should remain fixed if there is sufficient space between the connected wallet or FAQ sections.
• The footer should not be slideable if the dashboard cards do not occupy the full height of the page.
