💡 Show DRep metadata URL and hash on detailed profile view

What?

• When viewing a DRep GovTool should show the URI used by the DRep to host their metadata (and the on-chain hash)

Why?

• This is important as it follows the guidelines of CIP100 and allow users to verify the data that GovTool is showing them
  • https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/tree/master/CIP-0100#best-practices
  • "You SHOULD provide a way to access the raw underlying data for advanced or diligent users."

How?

• add to detailed DRep profile view the metadata URI and hash, similar to what is shown for governance action metadata
