List of UI and Functionality Issues with Proposal Budget

List of Issues:

1. Filter is not working
   The title changes, but the card remains the same for all.
   
   

2. Missing the proposal budget type in the proposal list card.

3. Missing proposal name

4. "If possible, provide evidence of wider community endorsement for this proposal?"
   The text field is empty with a bullet point, even though there is a value for it.
   

5. Empty link icons for unadded URLs and labels on further information.
   

6. Comment count includes reply comments as well.

7. Missing dRep tag, dRep name, and dRep ID on comments by registered dRep.

8. DRep who voted 'yes' shown under both "yes" and "no" details.
   
   

9. Editing proposal budget shows all fields as empty, instead of retaining the previously filled-out data.

Remaining Bugs and suggestions:

1. The "Further Information" section should not be displayed on the budget proposal if no links are provided during form creation.

2. Sorting options currently include only "Newest First" and "Oldest First."

3. The dRep tag, dRep name, and dRep ID are missing from comments made by registered dReps.
   Only the test ID is missing; the components themselves are visible.
