We have users needing a simpler way to work on multiple proposals

task

• optimal: give option to export all (or with filters if better) proposals content minus the personal data as CSV
• ok: do a manual export each day OR if there are X new proposals (and we'll then socialise it)
• alternative: generate CSV daily, store on our database and make it accessible via simple download button on the page

@l-br1 In essence, we already provide access to the list of all proposals and voting. These are the 3 endpoints that need to be targeted for that:

The response is in json and all that is needed is to use some online json to csv converter and that's it.

@teske00 @vpaunovic @nebojsact question on this, in the proposal json I can't find the 'Contracting: Please describe how you expect to be contracted.' answer from the dropdown but I see the answer from the conditional question
