🐛 Insufficient Balance Modal Appears Despite Having Sufficient Funds for Proposal Submission

Context

I attempted to submit a proposal as a governance action. My wallet contains 100,020 ADA, which exceeds the required minimum balance of 100,001 ADA stated in the modal. However, I am unable to submit the proposal due to a persistent "insufficient balance" popup modal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a wallet with 0 ADA.
2. Navigate to the proposal discussion section.
3. Create a proposal.
4. fund wallet with 100,020 ADA
5. Attempt to submit it as a governance action.
6. Observe the "insufficient balance" popup modal.

Actual behavior

The system prevents proposal submission and displays an "insufficient balance" modal, despite the wallet having sufficient funds (100,020 ADA).

Expected behavior

The proposal should be submitted successfully if the connected wallet has sufficient funds (above the 100,001 ADA requirement).

@nebojsact , how is the wallet balance checked? I don’t see any networks related to this process. I’ve encountered two issues:

1. When creating a proposal with insufficient balance and then funding the wallet with sufficient balance before submitting the transaction, the "insufficient wallet balance" popup still appears.

2. When creating a proposal with sufficient balance but then transferring the balance to another wallet, making the original wallet’s balance insufficient, I can still navigate through this section without any issues.

After attempting to submit the proposal, I encountered an Axios error

Do you have any idea @MSzalowski ?

This error should be coming from the wallet itself, it might happen when the total balance is over 100k, but this value includes unclaimed rewards. I don't know anything about navigation between steps when balance is insufficient as this is part of the Proposal Discussion Forum Logic.

To understand the axios error I would need more details, eithera reproduction scenario or the error log
