When attempting to add a new link on the "Edit dRep" form, clicking the "Add Link" button results in adding two input fields instead of the expected single input field. This issue occurs when the form is initially loaded without any link input fields.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a wallet with a registered dRep with no associated links.
2. Navigate to the "Edit dRep" page.
3. Observe the absence of input fields for reference and identity links on initial load.
4. Click the "Add Link" button.
5. Note that two input fields appear instead of one.

Actual behavior

On initial load, the "Edit dRep" form displays no input fields for reference or identity links.

Clicking the "Add Link" button adds two input fields simultaneously.

Expected behavior

On initial load, the "Edit dRep" form should display input fields for reference or identity links.

Clicking the "Add Link" button should add exactly one input field for a link.
