🐛 Search stops working after entering GA details and going back to Live Voting

Context

I was searching for some GA in Live Voting and I've entered the details of some random GA. Then I've clicked "Back" button to get back to Live Voting and when updating a query in search input nothing seems to happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Governance Actions -> Live Voting.
2. Type something in search input and enter the details of some GA.
3. Click "Back" button.
4. Change the text in search input.
5. Nothing happens - search does not work. It will fix itself if you clear the search input.

Actual behavior

Search is broken after returning from GA details to Live Voting.

Expected behavior

Search works after returning from GA details to Live Voting.
