DRep search improvements

The DRep search function can be better.

We've come up with these improvements in the GovTools Working group:

• Search scope: Currently the search scope includes all metadata. This should be changed to the Drep name, and both DRep IDs. The hint text in the search box should say: "Search for a DRep name or ID"
• Search pagination: We should add pagination to the search results for ease of use and better user control. This will replace the "Show more" button.
• Search results number: It would be a great improvement for any search result to be in this format: "Your search found XXX out of a total of YYY DReps.
• Search input box: It would be useful to have a little "X" to clear the search query.
• Search results sort order: Should be "most relevant" rather than "Random"

Note: when searching for a DRep ID, the 'new' DRep ID has to match exactly, and the legacy can match part of a string. I think that it should match the whole string. Any comments @l-br1 @bosko-m ?

On your question, I think matching the whole ID makes sense

This is adastat's search bar. It shows in advance the scope of what you are searching.

Re other improvements like pagination, we should weigh the effort there in order to decide whether we will try to fix all before single release or we will have multiple release as we develop them or improve them.

In Figma, there are designs for a paginated solution as well as a "Show More". It's up to the team to decide which one to make.

To Recap, the rules for searching:

• DRep IDs **must ** match the entire string. If there is a partial string, then it's no match
• DRep Names can match partial strings, i.e. a search for "Yuta" will match "Yutaaa", MisterYuta, etc.
• Metadata will not be searched
