Some questions delivered in the weekly email fail to format code snippets properly.

Some of the questions sent in the weekly email aren't properly displayed.
The code snippets field is missing.

We should take one of the following actions:

1. Avoid retrieving programming questions with code snippets for the weekly email.
2. Properly format programming questions with code snippets using HTML.

Additionally, it seems that the ` character is not displayed correctly (see screenshot).

It's a pity that the weekly newsletter feature is working, but the codeExamples are not attached to the email. :(
