Perform a backup of the current database

I think it could be a good idea to have a backup of the current, clean MongoDB database in JSON format.

There are several ways to achieve this, such as using the mongoexport utility.

I suggest performing such a backup and storing the resulting JSON file in utils/backup/2024-12-11.json.
