Missing equalivant of `isi_classic domain list` in PAPI

Although we can set/delete domainmarks using the jobs api, there is no way to get the current domainmarks for a path.

Have you tried the /platform/worm/domains?describe

Resource URL: /platform/worm/domains

    Overview: This resource is a list of all the Write Once Read Many (WORM)
              domains on your cluster.

Doesn't look like there is anything in the sdk that talks to that endpoint?

This enpoint does not see the domain marks (in this case we're interested interested in the SnapRevert one.

The return is: {'domains': [], 'resume': None, 'total': 0}
