Run the program, then type CityData3.csv into the text box and press the Search button The file is read, If file is not read it will tell you it wasnt read. Pick a state from the drop down box of your choice, then it will populate the City drop down box. Pick a city of your choice and it will show the Zipcode and the Timezone of the city selected.
