Check if jedi-tools-env builds with Intel after py-gevent bug fix was merged

In my recollection, jedi-tools-env didn't build with Intel due to an error in py-gevent. PR JCSDA/spack#386 for release/1.6.0 fixes the py-gevent error.

We should try to build jedi-tools-env with Intel after the 1.6.0 release was merged back into develop.

Not correct - it fails in py-pyacnl, not py-gevent:
