We need some more module patches for this

java.lang.IllegalAccessError: class com.github.jknack.handlebars.io.AbstractTemplateLoader (in module wiremock) cannot access class org.apache.commons.lang3.Validate (in module org.apache.commons.lang3) because module wiremock does not read module org.apache.commons.lang3
