Updating Config

Thanks for the great work!
Once I install everything and run in debug I can't get the client to connect. So I am testing various config settings in default.js, however I must be missing the correct way to update this config.
When I kill the node nanny and the server and restart via debug.sh after updating the config the server still seems to run using the old config.

Any thoughts?
