In this PR feature added to the Colortuner tool to optionally filter local image file instead from cameraserver.
So users will be able to filter local image files by mentioning the path of the file as an additional argument like this
colorTuner colorTuner_py.yml /path/to/file.png.Morever if neither cameraserver nor image file path is available then a NO INPUT AVAILABLE banner will be shown.
The colorTuner tool can now be opened in one of the 4 ways:-
2)Cameraserver -OFF and WITH input image file path-
3)Cameraserver -ON and NO input image file path-
4)Cameraserver -ON and WITH input image file path-
