Added the possibility of using kobukiviewer with electron. The configuration is also included through a yml file. To use with Electron, you only have to install electron, jquery and yaml by entering the following command in the terminal:
npm installand run it:
npm startAdditionally, by indication of @jmplaza , KobukiViewerjs has been renamed to TurtlebotViewer-web
