created test for packages

I've created 3 tests at the moment:

• For install and uninstall jderobot package in a clean docker
• For update fron last version to new version
• For cameraview package, that install the package and search all files that should have the package

to run this tests only need go to jderobot_folder/test/packages, install docker python api and run the tests:

$ pip install docker
$ python run_test.py test_list.yml
